How We Handle Deposits, refunds, & resale

Deposits are always 1/2 the quoted price of  the garment unless otherwise stated/discussed.

Deposits are refundable BEFORE fabrics and accessories are purchased.  If a refund is requested AFTER fabric has been purchased, the client may choose to accept the fabric purchased as a refund or wait until the garment is finished and sold to receive a full refund on deposit paid.  There are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS once a garment is complete, approved, and picked up/delivered. However, we do assist clients with the resale of custom garments.
